Miller South Dakota is located an hour north of Interstate 90, on Highway 14. With several family friendly attractions within a two hour's drive, The Dew Drop Inn Motel would be an excellent place to stay while you're out exploring the area.

If fishing is more of what you’re looking for, Central South Dakota has serval places to choose from. Ten minutes northwest of Miller is Lake Louise. For some walleye fishing there’s Francis Case Lake and Lake Sharpe, both located on the Missouri River.
Area Hunting, Boating/Fishing
Located “midway” between Miller and St. Lawrence, Midway Drive-In is one of the few drive-in theaters in the state of South Dakota.
Movies are shown Friday through Monday nights through the summer months.
Movie start times is right around dusk.

If you're looking for some racing action, the Miller Central Speedway is home to WISSOTA Racing Action including Street Stock, Midwest Modified, Superstock, Modified, and Late Model class.
The Speedway runs weekly on Sunday nights through the summer with the Green Flag falling at 7 p.m.
If you’re looking to get that other birdie not associated with hunting, the Miller Golf Course offers a challenging nine-hole course open April 1st through September 30th.
House & Depot
Step back in time of the early 1900s with the historical McWhorter House and Depot. The historic site features Victorian decor, antiques furnishings, and medial equipment from the past.

The Children’s Museum of South Dakota in Brookings, South Dakota, approximately a two hour drive from Miller. The Museum promotes learning for children of all ages and abilities through various interactive, hands-on exhibits and demonstrations.
